ELEVATE - ASCENDER CHASSIS

Ascender ELEVATE is the complete package - the unique-to-this package ELEVATE rail changes the geometry of your skid to perfectly balance the lift provided by your spindles - this is not the same rail as our Ascender BOMBER rail. This is the only package that offers a balanced complete handling solution for Arctic Cat/Yamaha twinrail sleds. If only the spindles are added, you will experience heavy steering and a high risk of stabbing the tips of your stock rails through your track. 

Fitment:

For installation on M-series sleds 2016 or older, you will need a new adjuster bolt for your rail tensioners off of the 2017 model.

We use a taller upper rib on our rails, so your factory wheel blocks will not fit without filing out the groove deeper on your factory wheel blocks. If you would prefer not to file, we have a set of fitted wheel blocks available on component 3 of this bundle that fit without any filing required.

Drop and roll chain case and narrow 36" front end are also required.

Do you want to bolt your bogie (mid-track idler) wheels on without modifying your stock wheel blocks? If so, these are for you. Stock blocks can also be filed/ground out in the center groove to fit over our taller upper rail rib. For deep snow mountain applications that don't see much time riding on trails, deleting the bogie wheels and the associated wheel blocks is also an option. Expect slightly higher rates of hyfax wear in exchange for the reduction in weight - and always remember to use your scratchers!
